We created this brand because we felt the excitement was missing in existing apparel. If you've been frustrated by the lack of stylish, unique, or minimalist coaster-themed clothing, then this is for you.
We offer a size guide based on the fit of our apparel to help you find the perfect size. Simply check our size guide before making a purchase, and you can be confident that the clothing will fit as expected. Most of our clothing is made from 100% organic ring-spun cotton, ensuring high-quality, sustainable, and comfortable apparel.
Made to order is a process where products are only printed and created after an order is placed. This means we don’t hold excess inventory, reducing waste and making our production more sustainable.

No, you can place an order as a guest without creating an account. However, signing up allows you to save your details for faster checkout, and receive exclusive offers.

Shipping
Yes, we ship internationally! Delivery times and rates vary by location. Additional customs fees or duties may apply, depending on your country's regulations.
Shipping varies on where the product is made and the shipping destination. The product page shows a rough estimation under the add to cart button.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
If your order was damaged, make a photo of the damaged packaging or the damaged product. Send the photo, along with any additional information to our customer support team via the chat icon on the right or you can email support@adrenalineaesthetics.com (response in 1-3 business days).
If the damage is verified, you will receive a free replacement product.
If your tracking number is not updating, here are a few possible reasons:
- Processing delay: sometimes, tracking updates can take 24-72 hours to appear, especially if the package has just been shipped. Please allow some time of the carrier to scan and update the tracking status.
- Carrier system issues: shipping carriers may experience occasional delays in updating tracking information. You can check the carrier’s official website for any known disruptions.
- In transit with no scans: if the package is in transit between distribution centers, tracking updates may temporarily pause. Rest assured, your order is still moving through the shipping network.
- Lost in transit: your package might be lost in transit. If you have not received any updates for more than 7 business days, please send a message, along with any additional information to our customer support team via the chat icon on the right or you can email support@adrenalineaesthetics.com (response in 1-3 business days) and we will investigate the issue.
Sometimes packages can be left in an unexpected location at the customer’s address.
We recommend you to inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery staff. Please note that we don’t cover refunds due to carrier errors.
When you put in the wrong address, the order will be returned to the facility. We will reach out to you via the contact information you have provided to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to resend your package.

- If you see limited or no entries in the tracking log, the package was most likely lost in transit. If you do see entries in the tracking log, the order might be stuck at some point during the delivery. Please give a couple more days for the package to show up.

Returns
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving the package. After 14 days, you will not be able to return your package anymore.
You will receive a return label inside your package. Put this label over the original package destination and send the package out for return.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the returned package is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. The customer assumes full responsibility for the package during the return process, including any loss, damage, or delays in transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
Yes, unfortunately we do not offer refunds for shipping expenses.
You will receive your refund within 7 business days after the package has been returned.
If you need a different size, color, or style, we offer exchanges for eligible items. The item must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags. The exchange must be issued within 14 days of receiving your order.

We only accept returns for items that are unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. If an item has been used or worn, it may not be eligible for return.
